free crochet pattern: treble dishcloth
Hello, guys! I have another quick little freebie for you all to enjoy today. It’s called the Treble Dishcloth, because it uses treble crochets for great texture & scrubbing power . I originally wrote this up almost a year ago, & I finally finalized the pattern & got it tested this past week. I also have a matching sponge to go along with this, that will be up in the next week or so… So, please enjoy…
Treble Dishcloth

Materials: Lily’s Sugar ‘n Cream Twists yarn, 100% cotton, 56.7 grams / 2 ounces / 95 yards per skein, color Summer Twists, 1 skein, or any skein of “kitchen” cotton
Gauge: 8 stitches in pattern = 2”
Measurements: 8” square

Abbreviations (pattern uses US terms):
ch: chain
ea: each
sl st: slip stitch
sc: single crochet
tr: treble crochet

Pattern:
Ch 33.
Row 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook & in ea ch across: 32 sc.
Row 2: Ch 1, turn. * Sc in next 2 sc, tr in next sc, sc in next sc, tr in next sc. Rep from * 5 times more, sc in last 2 sc: 21 sc & 12 tr made
Row 3: Ch 1, turn. Sc in ea st across.
Rows 4-25: Rep rows 2-3.
End off. Weave in ends and show off!
